The TPAC Technology Campus 2000 is Philadelphia's
21st Century solution to what has become a national
crisis. The evolution of the United States as
the "global knowledge capitol" along with
its significant shift towards service sector industries,
is rapidly depleting our country's technical resource
base. Philadelphia's assets when coupled with
the strategic initiatives of this plan, will incrementally
improve our financial strength by initially neutralizing
regional challenges. As the "Campus 2000
Plan" gains in prominence, an influx of national
and global business will bolster our long term financial
strength, and enable Philadelphia to regain it's 20th
Century status as a major global business center, and
America's "Knowledge Port".
