Program Description: Program begins in August. The curriculum focuses on the latest business principles such as how to develop effective leadership skills, e-commerce, how to evaluate emerging technologies, global issues and ethcial concerns. The EMBA requires 16 courses for a total of 48 credits and is accredited by the prestigious AACSB (International Association for Management Education), a distinction earned by only one in four business programs nationwide.
Participants: Candidates represent technology-based industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical and others - large and small, domestic and global. Academic backgrounds of the students will typically be engineering, computer science, or the natural sciences. Applicants with business or liberal arts backgrounds will not be eligible for admission to the program.
