Create a comprehensive marketing strategy and climate for the attraction and retention of telecommunications and related firms within the City. |
Objectives

Create marketing documents. |
| 2. |
Develop marketing strategy including the following:
-
inventory and catalogue regional firms and
vendors in targeted industries;

identify advantages in our regional telecommunications and technology - related infrastructure; and
-
describe strengths, assets, financial and associated support services and resources etc.

| 3. |
Plan and convene summits to showcase area high-tech and multi-media businesses, and cultural and educational institutions. |
| 4. |
Act as a liaison with all other MCOT workgroups to further their objectives as they relate to public relations. |
